摘  要:目的研究7例Rh部分D样本的基因分型。方法采用PCR-SSP技术检测常规血清学试验为D变异型的样本中的Rh部分D进行D基因分型。结果在30例常规血清学试验中,23例具有完整的RHD基因外显子(Rh弱D型),7例部分外显子缺失,为Rh部分D,23例为弱D型,并对部分D样本进行了基因分型,4例检测为D Cat.ⅥⅢ,1例为D Cat.Ⅵtype2,1例为D Cat.Ⅵtype 1,1例为基因2.9外显子融合,表示为RHD-CE(2-9)-D。结论 Rh部分D型与弱D型在血清学试验中无法区分,采用分子生物学方法才能够更准确的分型,更能确保输血安全。Objective To investigate genotyping of 7 cases of partial RhD specimens .Methods The genetyping technique ( PCR-SSP ) was performed for partial RhD variants identified by common serological tests .Results Among 30 specimens identified as D variants during routine serological experiment ,7 specimens were defined as partial RhD and 23 specimens as weak D .Then 7 specimens of partial RhD were genetyped further in which 4 cases were D Cat .ⅥⅢ,1 case was D Cat.Ⅵ type 2,1cases was D Cat.Ⅵ type 1 and 1 case was RHD-CE(2-9)-D.Conclusion The routine serological experiments can not differentiate partial D from weak D ,however ,the molecular biological methods can type accurately in order to ensure the safety of blood transfusion .
