摘 要:目的探讨云南产油菜蜂花粉多糖对提高小鼠抗氧化和抗疲劳能力的应用价值。方法昆明种小鼠40只,随机分成正常对照组,云南产油菜蜂花粉多糖高、中、低剂量组等4组。正常对照组(n=10)灌胃生理盐水,多糖高、中和低剂量组(n=10)分别给予云南产油菜蜂花粉多糖300、150和100 mg/kg,连续灌胃14 d。结果与正常对照组对比,云南产油菜蜂花粉多糖低、中和高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间显著延长(P<0.01),肌糖原和肝糖原含量显著提高,且超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高,丙二醛含量降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。其中,高剂量组血清乳酸脱氢酯含量显著提高(P<0.05),其他剂量组血清乳酸脱氢酯含量相比对照组差异无统计学意义。结论云南产油菜蜂花粉多糖能显著提高小鼠的抗氧化能力和抗疲劳能力,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the anti-oxidative and the anti-fatigue action of Yunnan rape bee pollen polysaccharide. Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: model control group; high, middle and low dose groups. The model control group was given normal saline, other groups were given high(300 mg /kg), middle(150 mg/kg) and low(100 mg/kg) dose of Yunnan rape bee pollen polysaccharide by intragastric infusion for 4 days. Results Compared with model control group, the load swimming time in different doses of Yunnan rape bee pollen polysaccharide had prolonged respectively(P〈0.01); the content of muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen were improved significantly(P〈0.01). Meanwhile, SOD content was increased(P〈0.05) and MDA content was decreased(P〈0.01). In addition, the content of LDH in high dose group was significantly increased compared with model control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Yunnan rape bee pollen polysaccharide can significantly improve the anti-oxidant and anti-fatigue activity.
