摘 要:介绍了一种考虑农村实际特征的开关优化配置新思路。利用分区加权Voronoi图划分变电站各自供电区域确定各变电站的相邻站,综合考虑线路转供能力、变电站间转供线路长度等实际工程约束条件,初选出变电站整体联络架构,提出了全寿命周期效能(LCE)指标,以配电网开关规划方案LCE指标最大为目标函数建立数学模型,并以规划区内LCE最大的方案作为最终开关配置方案。实际算例表明,该方法为农村电网的开关优化配置提供了一个合理的方法。Introduction was made to the new idea of switch optimal allocation considering rural actual characteristics. The divisional weighted Voronoi diagram was used to divide the power supply region of each substation to determine adjacent stations. This paper comprehensively considered the line transfer capability, line transfer length and constraints of rural practical engineering conditions, and initially selected the entire contact architecture for transformer substations, proposing life cycle efifciency (LCE) index. This paper established a mathematical model of optimal switching device in electrical distribution network, regarding the maximum of LCE as tar-get function, and the maximum of LCE in planning area is determined to be the optimal plan. Actual calculation shows that this scheme has provided a reasonable method for rural electrical distribution network switches optimal allocation.
