摘　　要：介绍了中压固体绝缘环氧树脂APG制造新工艺。对固封极柱机械与电磁场结构、APG工艺的材料选型和固封极柱制造工艺等方面进行了优化,解决了易产生气泡和表面污秽、不环保等难题。该新工艺产品得到了实际工程试验与挂网运行验证,具有可行性。Introduction was made to the medium-voltage solid insulation epoxy APG manufacturing new technology. The new tech-nology carried out optimization including solid insulation pole mechanism and electromagnetic structure, APG technology materials selection and solid insulation pole manufacturing technology and so on, solving the difficulties that it is easy to generate air bubble, surface dust without environmental protection. The new product has passed verification of engineering test and online operations, with great feasibility.
