摘　　要：目的：探讨康复新液治疗腹部切口感染的I『盘．束疗效。方法：将80例外科腹部切口感染的患者随机分为观察组42例与对照组38例，对照组用常规抗感染治疗及伤口换药，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，应用康复新液换药治疗。结果：治疗组缩短创面渗液消失时间5～7d（P〈0.05），愈合时间缩短6-8（P〈0.05）。应用康复新液治疗腹部手术切口感染，缩短患者住院时间，降低医疗费用，减轻患者痛苦，此方法简单安全，疗效显著。Objective to investigate the therapeutic effects of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of abdominal incision infection. Methods 80 patients with abdominal incision infection in our department were analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases and 38 cases in the control group, the control group treated with conventional aml-infectiou and wound dressing, observation group on the basis of conventional therapy, treatment with Kangfuxin Liquid dressing. Results Two groups have statistical differences in general curative effect, Kangfuxin Liquid Shorten the time exudate disappeared 5 - 7d （P 〈0.05）, the healing time is shortened 6=8 （P 〈0.05）. conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid treatment of wound infection, shorter hospital stays, lower medical costs, reduce patient pain, the method is simple and safe, a significant effect.
