摘　　要：以圣麻纤维和腈纶纤维为原料制备出圣麻腈纶混纺纱线,介绍其纺纱工艺。然后利用该圣麻腈纶混纺纱线及涤纶丝在双针床拉舍尔经编机上开发圣麻珊瑚绒毛毯,分析其整经、编织、剖绒、预定形、染整等工艺,并确定各工序的技术参数。对开发出的圣麻珊瑚绒毛毯进行面料参数及性能指标的测试与分析,结果表明,所开发毛毯的毛绒色牢度、传热系数、吸湿性能、抑菌率、脱毛量和强力等均能达到毛毯的使用要求。The paper introduces the spinning technology of shengma/acrylic blended yarn and then develops shengma coral blanket on the double needle bed raschel machine. The technological parameters such as beaming, knitting, cutting, presetting, dyeing and finishing are introduced, and the technical parameters are determined. It testes and characterize the parameters and performance of Shengma coral blanket. The result shows that the parame- ters such as color fastness,heat transfer coefficient,moisture-absorbing property,antibacterial property and tensile strength can meet the use requirements.
