横编半成形鞋面的设计与开发

摘　　要：在对横编半成形鞋面的工艺结构深入研究的基础上,结合运动鞋热湿舒适性要求,提出横编半成形鞋面的功能分区概念,设计开发了具有轻质透气、舒适合脚特性的运动鞋鞋面,并总结出完整的鞋面成形方法及编织工艺步骤,如工艺设计原理、操作工艺、制版工艺等。该横编鞋材产品的织物成形度高、花型图案丰富、鞋面制作工艺简洁、生产成本低,并且实现了功能性与装饰性的完美统一,为横编半成形鞋面生产技术提供参考依据。Based on an a further study of the classification and the technological structure of partly-fashioned flat knitted shoe upper, the paper presents the function division concept and develops a new kind of lightweight sports shoes uppers with breathable and good fit properties by combing the thermal-wet comfort requirements of sports shoes. In addition, it summarizes the whole shaping method and the process of knitting technology, such as process design principle, operation process and plate making technology, etc. The results show that the partly-fash- ioned flat knitted shoe upper product presents fine shaping effect, rich pattern, simple technologies and low cost, and achieve the unity of the functional and decorative properties of shoe products as well, which can provide refer- encs for developing the flat knitted shoe upper products.
