摘  要:通过对长山核桃容器苗进行不同微生物菌肥穴施试验,探讨菌肥对长山核桃容器苗生长及生理状况的影响。结果表明,对长山核桃一年生容器苗施用溶磷菌、解钾菌和溶磷菌解钾菌混合菌肥均可促进苗木高生长和地径生长,增加苗木的生物量,且提高叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖的含量。其中溶磷菌对长山核桃容器苗的施肥效果优于解钾菌,混合菌肥的效果不如单施肥的效果。Effects of different bacteria fertilizers on the growth and physiological conditions of the contain- erized pecan seedlings were determined. The results showed that application of phosphate-dissolving bacteria, potassium bacteria, or mixedbacteria on one-year-old containerized pecan seedlings could promote the growth of height and collar diameter, increase the seedling biomass and chlorophyll, soluble protein, and soluble sugar con- tents in the leaf. Overall, the effect of phosphate-dissolving bacteria was better than potassium-solubilizing bacte- ria and the effect of single fertilization was better than mixed bacteria on the growth and development of the con- tainerized pecan seedlings.
