不同施肥配比对黄芪产量和多糖含量的影响

摘　　要：为了研究不同施肥配比对黄芪产量及多糖含量的影响,为黄芪标准化栽培提供参考,采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定黄芪中多糖含量;以黄芪的产量及多糖含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计田间试验,研究不同施肥配比对黄芪产量及多糖含量的影响。结果表明,尿素900 kg·hm-2、过磷酸钙360 kg·hm-2、硫酸钾240 kg·hm-2处理组合对黄芪产量和多糖含量均有一定的提高作用。因此,过磷酸钙对黄芪产量的提高有显著的作用(P<0.05),硫酸钾对黄芪多糖含量的提高有显著的作用(P<0.05)。In order to develop a standardized cultivation protocol for Astragalus membranaceus （Fisch.） Bge.var. mongholicus （Bge.） Hsiao, the effect of fertilizer proportion on the yield and polysaccharide content were determined with the phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry method. An orthogonal experiment design with three factors （fertilizers） at three application levels was conducted to study the effect of different formula fertilizations on yield and polysaccharide content. As a result, the yield and polysaccharide content were significantly improved by ap- plication of carbamide 900 kg.hm^-2, superphosphate 360 kg.hm^-2, and potassium sulfate 240 kg.hm^-2. In conclu- sion, superphosphate showed the significant influence on the yield, while potassium sulfate significantly affected the polysaccharide content.
