摘　　要：新农村建设是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务，是缩小城乡差距、扩大农村市场需求的根本出路。我们必须落实科学发展观，明确任务、科学规划、分步实施，用科学规划引领莱芜市的新农村建设。The new rural construction is a great historical task in the process of modernization in China, which is the fun- damental way of reducing the gap between city and count- ryside and expanding the demand of the rural market. We must implement the scientific concept of development,clear about the task, plan scientificaly and implement step by step. Using scientific planning leads the new rural construction in Laiwu city.
