摘　　要：本文从智能建筑电气施工管理的概述出发，针对新时期智能建筑电气施工及管理中存在的问题，提出了加强智能建筑电气施工及管理的有效措施。This article expounds the electrical construction management of inteligent building, in view of the inteligent building in the new period electrical problems existing in the construction and management, this paper also puts forward some effective measures to strengthen the electrical constr- uction and management of inteligent building.
