摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和社会不断进步，许多行业出现了空前繁荣的局面，建筑业也不例外。但建筑业的发展对经济而言是一把双刃剑，除了带来有利的影响外，也不能忽视它给经济发展带来的阻碍。本文针对这些制约因素进行了分析，并提出了合理科学的改进措施。With the rapid economic development and social progress, many industries have come into unprecedented pro- sperity, and the construction industry is of no exception. But the development of the construction industry is a double-edged sword to the economy as a whole. It has brought both a beneficial effect, and obstacles to the economical development. Based on the analysis of these factors, the author put forward some scientific and reasonable improving measures.
