摘　　要：4年一度的国际足联男子世界杯是全世界范围最盛大的、最专业的体育赛事之一,2014年巴西世界杯在今年盛夏再度吸引了全世界的目光,为五大洲的人民呈现了一场精彩的"桑巴狂欢"。本文主要以2014年巴西世界杯的物质基础——主办城市和足球赛场为研究对象,对主办城市分布、城市交通发展、主办赛场的设计与赛后利用、赛场文化和城市活力几方面进行初步的探讨。FIFA World Cup held four years a time is one of the biggest mega sport events overall the world. 2014 FIFA World Cup BrazilTM attracted all the people in the world this summer and presented an amazing ＂Samba Carnival＂. This article discusses the planning of the host cities, transportation infrastructure development, design and post-game utilization of the stadiums and relationship between World Cup culture and vitality of ciW space.
