摘 要:城市热环境的优劣,影响着局地环境的舒适、安全及建筑的能耗,因此城市热环境的评价与设计正逐渐成为关注的热点。城市热环境的评价分为观测法评价和模拟法评价。城市热环境的数值模拟法具有精细化可视化等不可替代的优势,但也有耗时漫长等诸多弱点,需要通过集总参数等简化方法模拟以适应规划设计需要。从案例应用的角度说明不同模型的优缺点,认为应当针对具体的规划设计案例的特点选择最适合的评价方法,有助于达到准确与效率的统一。Urban thermal environment affects the comfort, safety, and building energy consumption of the local environment, and the evaluation methods of urban thermal environment is gradually becoming a focus. The evaluation methods include observing evaluation method and simulating evaluation method. The numerical simulation method has irreplaceable advantages, like ifne visual features, but also has weaknesses such as taking a long time to simulate. Simpliifed methods such as lumped parameter simulation are adopted to meet the need of urban planning and design. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods are listed from the perspective of application case, coming to the conclusion that the most suitable evaluation method should be chosen according to the speciifc case of urban planning and design, helping achieve the uniifcation of accuracy and efifciency.
