摘　　要：论文针对我国城镇化逐步从平原地区向山地发展的客观情况,拟从国家城镇化战略和山地城乡规划研究的科学意义提出学术思考。分析了山地城乡规划思想的学术基础。提出了山地城乡规划工作当前面对的问题,当前我国山区面对资源环境保护和人地关系的矛盾,以及山地城乡规划发展中人才队伍的缺陷和问题。论文提出对山地城乡规划科学思想的几点认识:关于山地城乡规划的生态学思想;关于山地城乡规划统筹和集约发展的科学思想;关于山地城乡规划防灾减灾的科学思想等。最后,阐述了对我国山地城乡规划的队伍与平台建设工作的思考。This paper attempts to propose academic thoughts from the perspective of the scientific significance of urbanization and studies on mountain urban and rural planning according to the objective situation that the development of urbanization in China gradually shifted from plain areas to mountain areas. It analyzes the academic foundation of mountain urban and rural planning thoughts, presents the confronting problems of mountain urban and rural planning, the contradiction between resource environment preservation and human-earth relationship and the problems existing in the talent teams in the development of mountain urban and rural planning. Then it proposes some ideas about the scientific thoughts of mountain urban and rural planning： the ecological thoughts of mountain urban and rural planning, the overall and intensive development of mountain urban and rural planning, disaster prevention and reduction. Finally, it elaborates some thoughts on the talent team and platform construction of mountain urban and rural planning in China.
