锁定钢板和普通钢板治疗胫骨远端Pillon骨折的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板和普通钢板对胫骨远端Pillon骨折的治疗效果及安全性。方法选择我院2011年4月至2014年2月期间收治的60例胫骨远端的Pillon骨折患者并随机分为实验组38例和对照组22例,实验组患者采用锁定钢板进行固定,对照组患者采用普通钢板进行固定,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果以及并发症情况。结果实验组患者的优良率为97.4%,对照组为72.7%,实验组患者优良率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者的不良反应发生率(7.9%)显著低于对照组患者(31.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板在胫骨远端Pillon骨折的治疗中效果显著,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of locking plate and common plate for distal tibial Pillon fractures. Methods Sixty patients with distal tibial Pillon fractures in our hospital from April 2011 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 38 cases of experimental group were treated with locking plate, while 22 cases of control group were treated with common plate. The therapeutic effects and complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results The excellence and good rate of experimental group was 97.4%, significantly higher than 72.7% of control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was 7.9%, significantly lower than 31.8% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Locking plate has significant effect and high safety in the treatment of distal tibial Pillon fractures.
