体外冲击波联合中药熏洗治疗骨折延迟愈合的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨体外冲击波联合中药熏洗治疗骨折延迟愈合的护理配合体会。方法自2008年7月至2013年12月采用体外冲击波联合中药熏洗对68例确诊的骨折延迟愈合患者治疗,每月复查X线片了解骨折端骨痂情况。结果 68例中56例有明显的骨痂生长愈合,6例骨痂生长缓慢,6例无效,总有效率为91.2%。愈合时间为3-6月,平均为4.8月。结论体外冲击波联合中药熏洗治疗骨折延迟愈合安全有效,良好的护理配合可起促进作用。Objective To discuss the nursing experience of extracorporeal shock wave（ESW） combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for treating delayed fracture healing. Methods Sixty-eight patients with delayed fracture healing treated with ESW combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation were selected in this study. The nursing cooperations were analyzed, and the callus of fracture ends was observed by X ray monthly. Results The total effective rate of 68 cases was 91.2%（62/68）, and the healing time was4.8 months（3 - 6 months）. Conclusions ESW combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is effective and safe for treating delayed fracture healing. Good nursing cooperation can improve the effect.
