摘 要:目的通过分析2013年分离的286株铜绿假单胞菌对16种抗菌药物的耐药情况,明确Ⅰ类整合子在铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药中所起的作用。方法采用纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验,并以聚合酶链反应(PCR)进行Ⅰ类整合子的检测,用χ2检验对Ⅰ类整合子携带率与铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药的相关性进行统计学分析。结果在分离出的286株细菌中,检出Ⅰ类整合子89株,检出率为31.1%;Ⅰ类整合子阳性株对多种抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于整合子阴性株。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况严重,Ⅰ类整合子是铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药的重要因素。Objective To clarify the role of class Ⅰ integron in multi‐drug resistance of Pseudomonas aerugi‐nosa by analyzing the resistance situation of 286 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from our hospital in 2013 to 16 kinds of antibacterial drugs .Methods The drug susceptibility test was performed by the K‐B test .The class Ⅰintegron gene was detected by PCR .The correlation between the class Ⅰ integron carrying rate and multi‐drug resist‐ance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was statistically analyzed with chi‐square test .Results In isolated 286 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,89 strains were the class Ⅰ integron with the detection rate of 31 .1% ;the resistance rate to various antimicrobial agents in class Ⅰ integron‐positive strains was significantly higher than that in integron‐neg‐ative strains .Conclusion The drug resistance situation in Pseudomonas aeruginosa is serious .The classⅠ integron is an important factor in multi‐drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
