关于糖尿病合并肺炎克雷伯菌关节腔感染和大肠杆菌菌血症的病例报道

摘　　要：目的提高对糖尿病合并肺炎克雷伯菌关节腔感染和大肠杆菌菌血症的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析中国人民解放军第二炮兵总医院收治的1例糖尿病合并双侧膝关节肺炎克雷伯菌感染和大肠杆菌菌血症患者的临床资料和实验室检查。结果血液培养为大肠杆菌感染,关节腔积液细菌培养结果为肺炎克雷伯菌。结论糖尿病合并肺炎克雷伯菌关节腔感染和大肠杆菌菌血症的临床表现不典型,病情进展快,易漏诊、误诊,应及时行实验室检查和抗感染处理,缩短疗程。Objective To improve diagnosis and treatment of diabetes with articular infection by Klebsiella pneumoniae and bac- teremia by Escherichia coil Methods Clinical data and laboratory tests of one patient with diabetes accompanied with articular in- fection by Klebsiella pneumoniae and bacteremia by Escherichia coli were analyzed retrospectively. Results Blood culture was Esch- erichia coil,bacterial culture results was Klebsiella pneumoniae infection. Conclusion Patients with diabetes combined with Klebsiella pneumoniae articular infection and Escherichia coli blood infection has atypical clinical manifestations with rapid progress, al- ways be misdiagnosed. The laboratory tests and anti-infection treatment should be done timely to shorten the course.
