摘　　要：民宿是当地人利用自用住宅的空闲房间为旅客提供住宿的一种形式。本文研究了台湾地区民宿的起源与现状,以金门地区的红砖厝为研究对象,对其建筑的修缮改造效果、室内空间装饰手法、地域文化氛围营造、商业化经验模式进行了分析和探讨,希望为福建闽南地区的红砖厝民宿的传承和创新开阔新的思路。Bed＆Breakfast（B＆B） is the kind of way that the local people provides their spare room to travelers.This paper starts with origin and development of Bed and Breakfast in Taiwan Region, using the Jinmen Red Brick as the research object to analyze four aspects of it： repairing effort,decoration technique,cultural atmosphere,business model,in order to broaden the way of thinking about how to reform the Minnan Red Brick B＆B in Fujian area.
