摘　　要：文章从修船发展现状着手,从修船船东选择、船型选择、原始报价、增加项目报价、完工单的编写和签定、首付款的确认、结价单的确认、谈价的技巧及与船方机务的有效沟通的几个方面来阐述影响外轮修理结价水平的因素。The paper starts from the description of the present ship repairing situation, gives more views on selection of the ship owner and ship type, original quotation, additional quotation, workdone list making and sig- ning, estimation confirmation, final invoice making, the skill of negotiation and efficient communication with ship superintendent for clarifying the elements affecting the ship repair figure.
