摘　　要：文章主要介绍型线优化后的船舶静水力性能变化和球鼻艏内部结构形式,并从生产工艺方面介绍了球鼻艏的整体拆装,从而达到缩短改装周期,快速、高效完成球鼻艏置换的目的。This paper introduces mainly the change of ship＇s hydraulic performance and internal structure type of bulbous bow after the model lines optimized. The procedure of holistic dismantle and installation for bulbous bow is introduced in this paper. The purpse has been achieved that the bulbous bow can be replaced more quickly and efficient, and the construction time can be shortened.
