摘　　要：GT25000型船用燃气轮机是由航空发动机改装而来,已大量应用于各型船舶。国内外对航空发动机振动监测已进行了广泛的研究,制定了明确的判断标准,但是航空发动机的振动烈度监测阈值并不适用于船舶燃气轮机主机。据此通过对多台船用燃气轮机常年积累的振动监测数据进行分析,运用数理统计方法计算了该型燃气轮机振动烈度参考监测阈值,并与近似机械设备的通用标准以及厂家推荐阈值相对比,结果表明计算得到的阈值更加符合实际监测和维修情况。GT25000 marine gas turbine is rooted from aero engine and used in numbers of type ships widely. The vibration monitoring methods have been studied widely for aero engine, and the special judgment standards have been used in diagnosis. But the vibration intensity monitoring threshold value for aero engine can＇t fit into marine gas turbine. So lots of data from different marine gas turbine are analyzed to calculate the referenced vibra- tion intensity monitoring threshold value through statistics methods. By comparing with the approximate universal mechanical vibration standards and the recommendatory value of manufacturer, the calculated threshold value is more accord with the actual monitoring and maintaining status.
