雌孕激素受体在增殖期与分泌期子宫内膜腺体和间质的表达及分析

摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）在增殖期与分泌期子宫内膜腺体和间质中的表达及意义。方法选择宫腔镜手术获取的正常子宫内膜标本97例，其中增殖期子宫内膜47例（增殖期组），分泌期子宫内膜50例（分泌期组）。子宫内膜组织标本石蜡包埋制成切片，HE染色。采用免疫组织化学方法测定ER、PR表达。结果在不同时期子宫内膜腺体和间质，ER、PR的表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。增殖期子宫内膜腺体ER表达明显高于间质［（9.3±3.0）比 （7.0±2.8）］（P〈0.05），也明显高于分泌期子宫内膜腺体的7.3±2.4（P〈0.05）；分泌期子宫内膜腺体ER表达与间质表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。增殖期子宫内膜腺体和间质PR表达均明显高于分泌期子宫内膜［（9.4±3.8）比（5.7±3.8）、（9.3±2.3）比（8.1±2.6）］（P〈0.05）。但是分泌期子宫内膜间质PR表达明显高于腺体表达［（8.1±2.6）比（5.7±3.8）］（P〈0.05）。结论研究正常女性子宫内膜周期性改变和对激素反应的不同，对于了解和研究子宫内膜疾病的发生发展以及子宫内膜性的不孕不育提供参考，同时对临床遇到的众多子宫内膜疾病的诊疗可提供有力的借鉴。ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and significance of estrogen receptor（ER）, progestin receptor（PR） in endometrial tissue. MethodsTotally 97 normal endometrial tissue were collected. 47 were in proliferative phase, 50 were in secretory phase. The expression of ER and PR was detected by using immunohistochemical method. ResultsThe expression of ER and PR was significantly different among the proliferated phase and secretary phase of endometrial glands and stroma（P〈0.05）. The expression of ER in the proliferated phase was higher than that in secretary phase and in the endometrial stroma[（9.3±3.0） vs （7.0±2.8）,（7.3±2.4）] （P〈0.05）. The expression of PR in the proliferated phase was higher than that in secretary phase[（9.4±3.8） vs （5.7±3.8）,（9.3±2.3） vs （8.1±2.6）]（P〈0.05）. The expression of PR in the endometrial stroma of the secretary phase was higher than that in the endometrial glands[（8.1±2.6） vs （5.7±3.8）] （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe expression of estrogen receptor and progestin receptor in endometrial glands and endometrial stroma with different phases is significant.
