摘　　要：通过分析军校学员的指导思想、理想信念、精神状态及道德修养等方面,不难得出军校思想政治教育实效性有待提高的结论。用社会主义核心价值体系引领军校思想政治教育,不失为一条提高其实效性的可行之道。社会主义核心价值体系可以为军校思想政治教育目的的确立指明方向,为学员马克思主义世界观、政治观、道德观等思想政治教育内容提供依据。It is not hard to conclude that the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in military acade- mies remains to be improved through analyzing the cadets regarding their guiding ideology, ideals and beliefs, the state of mind and moral integrity and so on. So taking the socialist core value system as the guidance is feasible to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in military academies. Socialist core value system indicates the direction to the establishment of the ideological and political education purpose, it provides the content of the ideological and political education to the Marxist world outlook education, the political theory education, and the moral education.
