护理干预在显微外科中的临床作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在显微手外科中的临床应用效果,总结护理经验。方法:选取患者90例,随机分为对照组与干预组各45例,前者给予常规护理,后者给予综合护理干预,统计对比相关指标。结果:干预组并发症发生率、痊愈率分别为17.78%、73.33%,优于对照组的46.67%、51.11%,干预组住院时间、患者依从性、患者满意度分别为(16.83±7.43)d、(95.82±3.23)分、(94.36±4.53)分,优于对照组的(19.36±11.47)d、(79.39±11.80)分、(84.25±5.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在显微手外科应用临床综合护理干预,可有效抑制并发症,提高治疗康复效果,促进患者依从,提高患者满意度。Objective：To investigate the clinical application effect of nursing intervention in micro hand surgery, summarize nursing experience.Method：90 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. 45 patients of control group were treated with conventional care;the intervention group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Result： The complication rate, recovery rate in the intervention group were 17.78%,73.33% ,which were better than 46.67%, 51.11% in the control group, hospitalization, patient compliance, patient satisfaction in the intervention group were （16.83±7.43）d,（95.82±3.23） points,（94.36±4.53）points,which were better than （19.36±11.47）d,（79.39±11.80）points,（84.25±5.35） points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention applied in hand surgery microsurgery can effectively inhibit concurrency,improve the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation,promote patient compliance,thereby improving patient satisfaction.
