鼻整形术中应用自体耳软骨治疗鼻尖低平的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体耳软骨治疗鼻尖低平的临床疗效。方法:64例行鼻整形术的鼻尖低平患者中34例作为观察组应用自体耳软骨,30例作为对照组应用鼻中隔软骨,比较两组患者的手术效果、手术时间。结果:观察组的手术效果与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的平均手术时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后均未发生任何并发症,对鼻尖形态表示满意。结论:应用自体耳软骨和自体鼻中隔软骨治疗鼻尖低平的临床疗效相当,但取耳廓软骨更为方便、简单,手术用时更短。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous cartilage ear nose flat treatment. Method： In 64 routine flat nose rhinoplasty patients, 34 cases of autologous ear cartilage as the observation group, 30 cases of application of septal cartilage as the control group, the results of operations and surgical time of two groups were compared.Result： Comparison of the effect of surgery observation group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The average operation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The postoperative complications did not occur any, and expressed satisfaction with the tip of the nose shape.Conclusion： Autologous ear cartilage and autologous therapeutic effect of septal cartilage of the nose are quite flat, but take ear cartilage is more convenient, simple,and shorter surgical time.
