摘　　要：目的:研究某重症医学科层流病房医务人员视力改变情况及相关因素。方法:自行设计调查问卷对该重症医学科全体医务人员视力改变情况、眼部异常症状、工作时间、出入病房次数等情况进行问卷调查。结果:重症医学科医务人员普遍有视力减退、视物模糊、眼干、眼胀、畏光、流泪等症状,且以护士居多。结论:重症医学科的建设与布局应考虑装修及照明对医务人员视力的影响。Objective：To research the situation of the medical staff in one laminar flow ICU about their eyesight change and the related factors. Method：Using the self-designed questionnaire to investigate the all medical staff about their eyesight change,abnormal eye symptoms,working hours, the times for in and out wards,etc.Result：The severe medicine medical staff generally had decreased visual acuity,blurred vision,dry eyes,eye bilges,photophobia,tears and other symptoms,and in the majority with the nurse.Conclusion：The intensive care unit construction and layout should consider the effect of decoration and lighting vision to the medical personnel.
