早期护理干预对根治性膀胱全切回肠原位膀胱术后严重并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察根治性膀胱全切回肠原位膀胱手术后实施护理干预后对术后并发症的影响。方法:选取2013年1-12月笔者所在医院手术室根治性膀胱全切回肠原位膀胱手术患者40例,随机分为观察组与对照组,实施常规手术护理治疗20例患者标记为对照组,在对照组基础上实施早期护理干预20例患者标记为观察组,对比两组患者在不同的护理方式下术后并发症发生率。结果:两组患者在实施护理干预前后,观察组患者恢复良好、心理状态良好且无明显并发症,护理干预下介入下观察组并发症发生率为10%,对照组术后并发症发生率为35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根治性膀胱全切回肠原位膀胱手术患者护理工作中实施早期护理干预能有效促进患者康复,减少术后并发症及住院时间,提高护理工作效率,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To observe the effect of early nursing intervention of postoperative severe complications for radical cystectomy ileal orthotopic bladder.Method：40 cases of radical cystectomy ileal orthotopic bladder in the operating room from January 2013 to December 2013 were chosen as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,20 patients with conventional surgical care were set as the control group.20 patients with early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group were set as the observation group.The incidences of postoperative complications of two groups after different nursing methods were compared.Result：The two groups with congenital heart disease before and after the implementation of nursing intervention,the observation group recovered well,they were with a good mental state and no significant complications.With the nursing intervention,the complication rate of the observation group was 10%,and the incidence of postoperative complications of the control group was 35%,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The early nursing intervention of postoperative severe complications for radical cystectomy ileal orthotopic bladder can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce postoperative complications and hospitalization time and improve the efficiency of care,and it is worthy of clinical application.
