慢性肝衰竭患者并发低钾血症的诱因及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肝衰竭患者并发低钾血症的诱因及其相关的护理对策。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年2月笔者所在医院收治的慢性肝衰竭并发低钾血症患者50例,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,分析50例患者患病的诱因,对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,进行针对性护理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者临床护理的总有效率为92.0%,对照组患者临床护理的总有效率为68.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理方法能够有效提高慢性肝衰竭患者并发低钾血症的护理有效率,该护理方法值得在临床上推广。Objective：To investigate the cause of liver failure with hypokalemia and its related nursing countermeasures.Method：From January 2013 to February 2014 50 cases with liver failure with hypokalemia who admitted in our hospital,they were randomly into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group,analyzing the causes of 50 cases,the control group was given general nursing,on the basis of that the observation group was given targeted nursing,clinical nursing effects of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 92.0% the control group was 68.0%,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing method is effective in patients with chronic liver failure complicated hypokalemia nursing effectiveness,the kinds of nursing method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
