摘 要:针对寒地沼气发电机组的余热利用与发酵工程的外加热源无有效互补机制,容易形成二次能源浪费等严重问题,本文从沼气发电工程的工艺方案出发,对沼气发电机组的烟气和循环冷却水余热利用进行了分析与建模研究,同时引入了实时动态热量需求量模型,以技术经济评价指标为优化目标,建立了回收余热、沼气发酵负荷与外加热源的关系,确立了随环境变化适时调整外加热源的改进控制方案,提高沼气工程的智能控制,更好的服务经济效益和环保效益。According to the use of biogas generator waste beat in cold region and the fermentation engineering external beat source without effective complementary mechanism, it is easy to tbrm serious problems sucb as tbe waste of energy, this paper takes the process scheme of biogas power generation project as the starting point, flue gas and waste heat of circulating cooling water of the bio^as generating unit are analysised and modeling. At the same time, the real-time dynamic beat demand model is introduced, the technical and economical evaluation index as the objective of optimization~ the relations of recycling waste beat, biogas engineering load and external beat source are set up. Timely adjustment process improvement scheme of external beat source with the environment change is established. It improves the intelligence of biogas project control, and bas better sevvice economic benefit and environmental protection benefit.
