摘 要:小型割草机工作时噪声较大,实测值>100db,对周围人们的工作、学习和生活造成了严重干扰。通过在实验室内进行的空转噪声测试试验与噪声频谱分析,明确了割草机声源发声机理,确定了噪声控制的频率对象,改进了原有排气消声器,从而降低了小型汽油机的排气噪声。开发设计了隔声罩来屏蔽隔离小型汽油机其余噪声以及刀片旋转空气动力性噪声,声学分析软件LMS Vitual.lab仿真结果表明上述措施有效降低了割草机噪声辐射。Noise emitted by large small mower at work, measured values is over 100 db, people's work, learning and life are caused severely interference around it, idling noise and the noise spectrum analysis test experiments in the laboratory, audible sound source was identified mechanism, determine the frequency of the noise control object, improving existing exhaust muffler to reduce exhaust noise small gasoline engine, development and design of acoustic enclosures shield the rest of the isolation of small gasoline engine noise and blade rotation aerodynamic noise, results of acoustic analysis software LMS Vitual. lab simulation showed that it is an effective control method for reducing radiated noise mower.
