陕西现代农业多功能性开发思考

摘　　要：现代农业具有多功能性,即经济生产功能、生态服务功能、社会保障功能、文化传承功能等。农业多功能性开发是现代农业研究的一个热点问题。陕西现代农业多功能性开发取得初步成效,表现在经济生产功能突出、社会保障功能明显、生态服务功能和文化传承功能初步显现。但也存在经济要素投入不足、现代农业多功能性开发的广度和深度有待提升等突出问题。基于以上分析,提出了从科学制定现代农业发展规划、进一步拓展现代农业多功能性的广度和深度、鼓励社会资本投资、政府强化保障措施等四个方面加大陕西现代农业多功能性开发的思路和对策。Modem agriculture has multiple functionalities, including economic production function, ecological service function, social security function, culture transition function etc. The multi-functional development of agriculture has gradually become a hot topic in modem agriculture research. The multi-functional development of modem agriculture in Shaanxi Province has achieved its initial results, representing in its prominent function in economic production, obvious function in social security, and initial appearance of functions in ecological service and culture transition. Yet there also exists the problems of insufficient investment in economic elements, the needs to improve its breadth and depth in modem agriculture＇ s multi-functional development. Based on the above analyses, the researcher proposes that in order to increase modem agriculture＇ s multi-functional development the countermeasures should be carried out from four aspects： to make plan in modem agriculture＇s development scientifically, to expand modem agriculture＇s multi-functional breadth and depth, to encourage social capital＇ s investment, and to strength government＇ s supporting measures.
