摘 要:目的:设计一种医疗设备所属电网波动以及自动报警监控系统,以实现医疗机构用电实时自动监控和预警提示的智能化、安全性管理。方法:利用互感传感器电路采集电网信号,综合采用高耐压高精度AD转换电路、时钟电路、回显电路及GSM短信模块电路,围绕单片机进行软件编程并开通网络信道。结果:通过对电网信号的检测、回看和短信报警,可以掌握最近的电网波动情况、浪涌高峰的提前预警和处置。结论:该系统配置成本较低,集成度较高,稳定性较好,可对精密医疗设备电网环境进行监控和预警。Objective To design a power grid fluctuation detection and remote automatic alarm system for medical equipment in order to realize automatic alarming at real time and early warning for monitoring power consumption in medical facilities. Methods Mutual inductance tranducer circuit was used to collect the signals of power grid. SCM-based software programming was carried out to develop the network channel with DA conversion circuit with high voltage resistance and high precision, clock circuit, redisplay circuit and GSM SMS module circuit. Results Detection, redisplay and SMS warning of the grid signals might make clear the fluctuation of the power grid and contribute to the early warning and response for high power consumption. Conclusion The system behaves well in low cost, integration and stability, and can be used for the monitoring and early warning of the power grid environment of precision medical equipment.
