摘　　要：目的:研发纸质病历扫描拍照存档系统,解决纸质病历的存储检索和保护问题。方法:将纸质病历通过扫描拍照,转换为PDF文件,存储到Web服务器,存储路径与医院信息系统中的患者ID号、住院次相联系,以方便检索。结果:该系统设计成本低,操作简便,检索速度快,安全性高。结论:纸质病历扫描拍照存档系统与医院信息系统融为一体,能满足纸质病历电子化的需要,其设计方案也适合于其他纸质档案的电子化。Objective To design a system of transferring paper medical record to electronic file by scanner and camera for storage, retrieval and protection. Methods Paper medical record was transferred to PDF file by scanner and camera,which was saved in the web server with the storage path correlated with the patient＇s information in HIS to facilitate the retrieval of medical record. Results The system was gifted with low cost, easy operation, rapid retrieval speed and high safety. Conclusion The system has an interface with HIS, which lays a foundation for the electronization of other paper records.
