摘 要:介绍了军队健康纵向技术应用系统、移动式军队健康纵向技术应用系统、战区军队健康纵向技术应用系统等美军伤病员救治信息相关系统的功能、特点,阐述了美军伤病员救治信息如何在多个卫生信息系统的协作下实现无缝链接,在此基础上,分析了这些系统的发展历程,最后指出了国内军队卫生信息系统建设应注重顶层设计和互联互通。Objective To explain the process of the seamless connection of US army casualty treatment information and give some suggestions on the development of the PLA medical information systems. Methods The functions and features of the related systems dealing with US army casualty treatment information were described, the collaborative process of these systems was explained, and the development process of these systems were further elaborated. Results The seamless connection of US army casualty treatment information was explained, and then some suggestions on the development of the PLA medical information system were put forward. Conclusion Based on US army's experience, the PLA has to focus on top-level design and interoperability of medical information systems.
