摘　　要：介绍了呼吸机中5种不同类型的空氧混合器的结构和原理,在3组相同参数设置条件下,对呼吸机实际氧气体积分数的测试进行了比较研究,评价了其调节控制功能的差异,指出了混合器氧气体积分数控制精度和线性在做好定标校准的情况下没有本质的区别,而混合器兼顾作为呼吸机吸入流量的控制部件时则要求较高,为设计研发、维修和临床使用人员提供参考。Five types of air-oxygen mixers of the ventilator are introduced from the structures and working principles.The oxygen concentration is measured in three groups of conditions by comparison, in order to evaluate the mixers＇ performance of air-oxygen ratio control. The result is that there are not statistics differences in linear and fidelity between different types of mixers under the well calibrated condition, which can be helpful for researchers, repair engineering and clinical operators.
