摘  要:太阳能作为一种清洁的可再生能源为太阳能电池的发展开辟了广阔的市场,而太阳能电池的重要基础材料是多晶硅。因此,如何生产低成本、高品质的太阳能级多晶硅成为人们关注的核心问题。本文阐述了化学法、冶金法等包含的多种多晶硅生产工艺,并通过对各种工艺的分析比较,指出新硅烷法作为一种最具前景的太阳能级多晶硅生产工艺必将带来多晶硅行业的历史性变革。Solar energy as a clean and renewable energy opened up a vast market for the development of solar cells, and polysilicon was the important base material of solar cells. How to produce low-cost, high-quality solar grade polysilicon became the core issue of concern. Many kinds of polysilieon production technology were expounded, including chemical and metallurgical method, etc. The various technologies were analyzed and compared. It was pointed out that the new silane method as a most promising polysilicon production technology was bound to bring historic changes in the polysilicon industry.
