摘  要:为了在注射模设计阶段快速评估冷却系统的冷却效果,提出一种基于CAD/CAE集成的冷却系统分析评估方法。在CAD平台中自动提取冷却水路的中心线信息,生成适用于CAE平台分析的有效水路中心线;在CAE平台中进行冷却系统模型的自动重构、网格划分和冷却分析,并提取分析结果的关键数据,根据合理的评分标准,实现自动生成冷却效果评估报告的目标。利用VB.NET开发语言,在UG和Moldflow平台上实现了程序的开发,并通过实例对该评估系统的实用性进行了验证。A cooling system analysis and evaluation method based on CAD / CAE integration was proposed in order to quickly assess the cooling effect of the cooling system during in- jection mould design phase. The method can extract the information of cooling channel cen- terline automatically in the CAD platform, and generate efficient centerlines suitable for CAE analysis. In the CAE platform, an automatic reconstruction, meshing and CAE cooling analysis of the cooling system model were carried out, and the key data of the analysis re- sults were extracted. The goal of automatic generation of cooling effect evaluation report was achieved on the basis of reasonable evaluation criteria. The program was developed on UG and Moldflow platform by using VB.NET programming language; and the feasibility was verified by an example in the end.
