摘  要:设计了一副压盖件多工位级进模,可完成冲裁、切舌、拉深、整形、冲孔和翻孔等多道工序。在排样设计过程中,根据制件的外形结构特点,在坯料的两边设置了细条状载体。该载体具有一定的强度和塑性,除了能带动坯料向前送进外,还能在定位机构的作用下随着制件的变形产生伸缩,以补偿制件变形产生的送进步距误差,保证级进模的每一工步的步距不变。该载体的设计思路和方法可以为级进模设计人员在遇到同类制件成形时提供参考。A multi-position progressive die for a cover was designed which accomplishes blanking, lancing, drawing, sizing, piercing and flanging, etc. In the layout design, the thin strip carrier was set on each side of the blank based on the characteristic of the product outline shape. The carrier has certain strength and plasticity which can not only drive the blank to step forward and feed in, but also be flexible with the product deformation under the action of locating mechanism, in which the feed-in distance error due to the product deformation can be compensated and a constant step distance of the progressive die was ensured.
