摘 要:目的了解高原高寒环境下军人职业倦怠程度与神经内分泌指标的关系。方法采用职业倦怠问卷(CMBI)对入伍一年以上的新疆高原高寒地区600名军人和新疆某市区600名军人进行问卷调查,两组各抽取100名军人进行分别去甲肾上腺素、5-羟色胺、热应激蛋白、血清皮质醇和促肾上腺皮质激素含量测定。结果 (1)高原高寒环境下军人的职业倦怠程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)高原高寒环境军人热应激蛋白HSP-70和促肾上腺皮质激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)相关性分析显示,职业倦怠与热应激蛋白HSP-70呈负相关(r=-0.082)。结论高原高寒环境下军人职业倦怠程度较高,特殊的工作环境会引起军人神经内分泌指标的变化。Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and neuroendocrine of soldiers under plateau alpine environment. Methods 600 soldiers in plateau alpine area and 600 soldiers in urban area who had served one year or more were recruited and interviewed by the questionnaire of CMBI. Meanwhile, 200 soldiers were measured the level of hermal stress protein HSP-70 promote adrenal cortical hormone, 5-HT, NE, COR in serum. Results(1) The degree of job burnout in plateau alpine environment soldiers were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05);(2) The level of heat stress protein HSP-70 and ACTH for soldiers in plateau alpine environment were higher than those for control group, and the difference had statistically significances(P〈0.05).(3) The analysis showed that job burnout was negatively correlated with HSP-70(r=-0.082). Conclusion The results suggest that the level of job burnout is higher for soldiers under plateau alpine environment. There is a correlation between occupational stress and neurotransmitters.
