摘　　要：目的探讨数字化病理远程会诊在基层医院病理科的应用价值。方法通过卫生部病理远程会诊平台,收集向喀什地区第一人民医院申请会诊咨询的509例病理远程会诊病例。综合分析病理诊断的系统分类、取材部位、确诊率、耗时长短等,评价病理远程会诊在临床的应用和推广价值。结果 509例会诊病例中,妇产科病理和细胞学病理为常见类型,分别为41.8%和28.7%;约2/3的会诊在10 h内便得到答复,17.1%的会诊在10 h以上;509例病理远程会诊确诊率为95.0%。结论使绝大部分疑难病例得到及时确诊,满足临床及患者的需求,提高了基层病理科诊断水平,可切实解决基层病理专家资源缺乏等问题,值得在基层医院病理科推广和应用,对提高边远地区病理诊断水平和医疗服务质量控制具有深远的意义。Objective To discuss the applicability of telepathology in pathology department of primary hospitals in Kashi Region,Xinjiang. Methods The consultation platform of telepathology were used in sanitary department and we collected the information concerning 509 cases of telepathology who applied diagnostic consultation in the First People＇s Hospital of Kashgar. We comprehensively analyze the system classification, material drawing part, confirming rate, time consumption and etc. Results Among509 consulting cases, gynecology pathology and cytology pathology were common types, accounting for 41.8% and 28.7%,respectively. About 2/3 cases get the response within 10 hours, while 17.1% more than 10 h. The confirming rate is 95.0%.Conclusion The telepathology can make most incurable diseases confirmed, which may satisfy the clinic need and may improve the diagnostic level of primary pathology doctors, thereby effectively solving the problem of lack of grass roots pathology experts.Telepathology is worth being promoted and applied in pathology department in grass roots and has profound meanings for the improvement of pathology diagnostic and for the quality control of medical service in border areas.
