沧源县佤族艾滋病抗病毒治疗人员中结核共感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解沧源县佤族HIV抗病毒治疗人员结核共感染特征,为针对性开展预防控制艾滋病及结核双重感染工作提供科学依据。方法沧源县于1995-2013年期间,HIV经血液及性传播且正在接受HIV抗病毒治疗人员为对象,整群抽样,回顾性调查,内容包括人口学基本信息、HIV感染途径、结核感染情况等。Excel建立数据库,用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果筛选符合条件712人,其中佤族占78.5%。HIV结核双重感染率为15.3%,在婚人员的结核感染率(9.0%),HIV性传播感染人群结核感染率(8.6%),高于静脉注射传播人群(6.7%)。结论佤族在婚人群及性传播接受抗病毒治疗者结核感染情况明显。在HIV流行情况感染的少数民族地区,防控HIV和结核双重感染十分重要。Objective To understand the features about co-infection of tuberculosis and AIDS among Wa minority under AIDS-antiretroviral therapy. To provide a scientific basis for targeted prevention and control of AIDS and TB co-infection. Methods Study subjects are people with HIV transmitted by blood and sex and under AIDS-antiretroviral therapy in Cangyuan County during1995-2013. Retrospective surveys were conducted by cluster sampling, and basic demographic information, HIV infection route,and tuberculosis infect situation were recorded. Using Excel establish a database and SPSS17.0 conducted the statistical analysis.Results 712 people were screened, of which 78.5% are Wa minority. AIDS-TB dual infection rate was 15.3%. The married accounts for 9.0%, and among HIV positive population transmitted by sex, TB infection rate is 8.6%, which is higher than that（6.7%） of intravenous injection. Conclusion Among Wa minority, AIDS-antiretroviral treatment, the tuberculosis infection situation is severe in married people and in HIV positive people transmitted by sex. It is important to prevent and control AIDS and TB co-infection in minority areas of HIV epidemic.
