年龄和性别对健康成人血清Nexilin含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨年龄和性别对健康成人血清Nexilin含量的影响,为研究疾病状态下血清Nexilin的变化提供参考数据。方法随机选取来延边大学附属医院体检的健康成人,共610例（男性320例,女性290例,年龄20～79岁,平均年龄（49.6±17.1）岁）,男性与女性分别按10年为一个年龄组,分为6个组。采用ELISA方法检测血清Nexilin含量。对各年龄组、性别组进行统计分析。结果血清Nexilin含量男性明显高于女性[0.27（0.18～0.55）vs.0.20（0.13～0.28）,P〈0.001],各年龄组男性亦均明显高于女性（P〈0.05）。健康成人无论男性或者女性血清Nexilin含量呈现出先增高,30～39岁达到高峰,然后下降,70～79岁再轻微升高的变化趋势。结论本研究揭示健康成人血清Nexilin含量男性明显高于女性,并且与年龄呈明显的相关趋势。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effects of age and gender on serum Nexilin concentration. Methods We recruited a total of 610 healthy adults（males, n=320; females, n=290） whose ages ranged from 20 to 79 years old（mean, 49.6±17.1 years）. We measured serum Nexilin levels by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Pearson＇s correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results Serum Nexilin levels were significantly higher in males than those in females [0.27（0.18-0.55） vs. 0.20（0.13-0.28）, P〈0.001]. We found that the concentrations of the protein in healthy adults（20-79 years old） increase with age from 20 to 39, and then decrease from 40 to 69 and finally, experience a second slightly increase in serum Nexilin levels with age from 70 to 79. Conclusion Our study indicates that the serum Nexilin level is dependent on the age and gender in healthy adults.
