摘  要:对于轴向调制永磁减速器,应用有限元仿真技术和正交试验方法,在磁极数量、转子外径和磁极截面积一定的条件下,研究了主、从动磁极和调制磁极的厚度(h1,h3,h2),主、从动盘的厚度(h0,h4),以及主动侧和从动侧气隙(gap1,gap2)等7个参数对输出静转矩的影响。对仿真试验结果进行的极差分析表明:gap2对静转矩影响最为显著,且gap2越小,静转矩越大;其次是h1和h2,h1越大或h2越小静转矩越大;gap1和h3对静转矩影响较大,gap1越小或h3越大静转矩越大。h0和h4对静转矩的影响最小。For an axial modulating permanent magnetic reducer, 7 factors influencing its static torque charac- teristics were investigated with finite element simulation and an orthogonal test method. The 7 factors include the thickness of driving, driven and modulation magnetic poles (h1, h3, h2) , thickness of driving and driven rotor disc (h0, h4) , and the gaps between driving or driven pole and modulation pole (gap1 and gap2). In simulation, the number and cross sectional area of poles, and the outer-diameter of rotor discs keep a certain value. Range analysis indicated that gap2 influences the static torque more than the other factors else, and the smaller the gap2, the greater the static torque. The followed are h1 and h2 , and the larger (or smaller) the h1 (or h2 ) , the greater the static torque. The gap1 and h3 have larger influence too to static torque, and the lar- ger (or smaller) the gapl (or h3 ) , the greater the static torque. The influence of h0 and h4 is the smallest in all of factors.
