中药药性量化研究专家量表评估法的建立

摘　　要：中药药性是中药药物与疗效有关性质和性能的统称,是历代中医医家长期临床经验的总结,但长期以来只有定性描述而没有定量依据。遵循"源自临床,回归临床"的原则,通过建立专家量表评估法进行中药药性量化研究。根据心理学"专家—新手"的研究范式设计了专家组和学生组,进行了数学模型构建、量表设计调查、信度效度分析等研究。通过对专家组和学生组的中药药性量化数据分析,发现两组量表的数据间有较高一致性,且与2010年版《中国药典》记载的中药药性顺序也有较高一致性,为进一步的中药药性量化研究奠定了基础。Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） potency is based on accumulated experience in the long-term health care practice from China＇s ancient doctors, but long-term since only qualitative description but no quantitative standards. In view of “from the clinic, back to the clinic”, this paper has established a research method of expert assessment by the psychological research paradigm “Expert and Novice”, and systematically development the theory, scale design, pre experiment and questionnaire survey research. Statistical analysis was performed on the quantization data of traditional Chinese medicine potency by experts and students group, found that two groups of different questionnaire survey data have a high consistency, and the sequence with the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia has high consistency, method of expert assessment will establish the theory and technical methods for quantization of traditional Chinese medicine potency.
