摘  要:通过对树脂、颜填料、防锈颜料、助剂等的选择研究,制备了一种能长期耐400℃并且耐热前后变色较小的耐热防腐涂料,其白色以及浅复色涂层400℃耐热前后色差在4以下,黑色以及深复色涂层耐热前后色差在1以下,并具有一定的防腐性能。同时发现耐热涂料喷涂在喷砂处理的底材上比喷涂在手工打磨处理的底材上的耐热性更好。A type of heat resistant anticorrosive coatings which is able to endure 400℃ and whose colour difference a little before and after heating to 400℃ was prepared by the choice and research on resin, pigments, fillers, antirust pigments and additives. When the coating film is heated to 400℃, colour difference of white and shallow muhicolor coating is below 4, and the black and deep muhicolor coating is below 1, including showing good anticorrosion performance. When the coatings is sprayed on the sand blasting processing substrate, the heat resistance has showed Better than on the manual polishing processing substrate.
