摘  要:本文以上海漕泾电厂1000MW机组为研究对象,分析对比了机组不同供热工况下的热力经济性变化情况。结果表明,不论何种负荷,冷段供热工况的汽机热耗、发电煤耗及供电煤耗等均低于纯凝工况,一抽供热工况居于两者之间,机组对外供热经济性提高。当负荷低于700MW时,冷段抽汽无法满足供热负荷对温度压力的需求,建议使用一抽供热;当负荷较高时,使用经济性较好的冷段供热,一抽供热作为辅助汽源,保证供热的稳定性和可靠性。对大型燃煤机组进行供热改造,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。This paper chose Shanghai Caojing 1000 MW unit as research object. The variation of thermal and economic performance in different thermal condition was analyzed. The results showed that regardless of the load, the turbine heat rate, gross coal consumption and net coal consumption of cold extraction steam heating mode were lower than pure condensate conditions, and between them was #1extraction steam heating mode. External heating leads to higher economy. When the load was lower than 700 MW, the temperature and pressure of cold extraction steam can't meet the need,#1 extraction steam was suggested; At higher loads, because of high economy, cold extraction steam was selected as heating steam source, and #1 extraction steam was selected as alternate steam source to ensure the stability and reliability of heat supply. It is of good economic and social benefits of heating retrofitting on large-scale coal-fired units.
