摘　　要：本文研究了旅游文化要素与地产开发的结合,并以济南市为例,提出以泉文化、国学文化、饮食及民俗等要素,将其与载体融合,塑造一个最具泉城风貌的旅游文化地产项目,提升济南城市活力和城市形象。This paper studies the combination of tourism and cultural elements and real estate development. Taking Ji＇nan city as an example, it puts forward to create projects of a style of Springs based on spring culture, traditional culture, cuisine and folk customs. The objective is to enhance the vitality and image of Ji＇nan city.
