摘 要:建筑施工企业因其行业特殊性,人才流失问题一直是影响企业生存发展质量的关键,一方面原因在于建筑行业,包括普遍认为处于垄断地位的国有建筑施工企业,事实上已经高度市场化,市场机制主导的人才流动非常明显,另外,行业特点与新一代从业者的职业选择差异化逐步扩大,因此在企业内部构建和谐的劳动关系是保证企业人员稳定的重要环节。本文阐述了建筑施工企业建立和谐劳动关系的必要性,并运用马斯洛理论提出了构建和谐劳动关系的方法。Because of the special nature of construction companies, the brain drain has been the key to business survival and development. On the one hand, the construction industry, including state-owned construction enterprises generally be considered as monopoly, has already been in high marketization, the market mechanisms dominated talent flow is obvious, in addition, the difference between the industry characteristics and the career choice of the new generation of practitioners is gradually expanded, therefore, to build a harmonious labor relations within the enterprise is an important part to ensure the stability of corporate officers. This paper describes the necessity of establishing harmonious labor relations in construction enterprise and proposes the method to build harmonious labor relations by Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
